True Sky Psychology is run by Andrea Marie. Questions about anything on this page go to TrueSkyPsychology@gmail.com.

• Account details. Your email address and the name you choose to display.
• Birth details. Date, time and place of birth, saved to your account so every report is calculated from the same moment. You can edit or clear these at any time in My Profile.
• Orders. What you bought, when, the amount, and the report itself, so it stays available in your account.
• Anything you write. Reading focuses, questions, journal entries, practitioner client notes, and any file you upload with an order.
• Newsletter. Your email address, only if you sign up. Nothing else.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never reaches this website and is never stored by us — we keep only the amount, the currency, the date and Stripe's receipt reference so your purchase shows in your account.

• To calculate and deliver what you ordered.
• To keep your reports and books available in your account.
• To answer you when you write in.
• To generate a written reading. Where a report is drafted with AI assistance, the text is generated from your blueprint and the cards or dates involved. It is not used to train any public model.

• We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
• We do not share your birth details, your writing, or your Andrea AI conversations with other customers.
• Andrea AI conversations and session threads are private to your account and cannot be accessed by any other account.
• Practitioner client notes, history and reports are visible only to the practitioner who entered them and are never shown to other accounts.

The only storage this site relies on is what keeps you signed in and what remembers your place in the Academy. There is no advertising tracking on this website.

• Edit or clear your birth details in My Profile at any time.
• Unsubscribe from the newsletter whenever you like.
• Ask for a copy of everything held about you, or ask for your account and its contents to be deleted, by writing to the address above. Deletion removes your reports too, so download anything you want to keep first.

Accounts are for adults. The children's books are written for children but purchased and held by an adult account.
