Terms of Service

True Sky Psychology is run by Andrea Marie. By ordering anything on this website you agree to these terms.

True Sky Psychology is a spiritual and educational framework. Reports, readings, books, the Academy, Andrea AI and the practitioner tools are offered for reflection, education and self-enquiry only.

Nothing here is medical, psychological or psychiatric diagnosis, treatment, counselling, or therapy. Nothing here replaces care from a qualified doctor, prescriber or therapist. No therapist-client, doctor-patient, or other professional relationship is created by using this website, buying anything, or having a session.

Never stop or change prescribed medication because of anything you read or hear here. If you are in crisis or at risk of harming yourself or someone else, contact your local emergency service immediately, call or text 988 (Canada and the US, 24/7), or in Canada call 1-833-456-4566 / text CONNECT to 686868. Outside those countries, findahelpline.com lists a local line.

You need an account so your purchases stay with you. Keep your sign-in details to yourself — everything delivered to an account is available to whoever is signed into it. Give accurate birth details; a report calculated from the wrong moment is still a delivered report.

Everything is delivered digitally, inside your account. There are no emails and nothing arrives by post. Placements, blueprints, pattern cycles and single dates generate straight away. An Intuitive Energy Reading is written by hand and appears in your account, normally within 48 hours. Full detail is in Delivery & Refund Policy.

All sales are final. Because everything is digital and delivered instantly — or written by hand for you personally — there are no refunds on reports, readings, books, courses, sessions, session packs, memberships or gift codes.

If something is genuinely wrong — a report did not generate, a file will not open, you were charged twice, or a reading has not arrived when it should have — email TrueSkyPsychology@gmail.com and it will be corrected, regenerated or replaced.

Reports and readings are yours — print them, keep them, share your own report with whoever you like.

Books, Academy chapters, worksheets and printables are licensed to you personally. Academy graduates may use the materials with their own clients and students in their own practice. Nobody may resell them, republish them, upload them elsewhere, or present the written work as their own.

Academy enrolment is one payment for lifetime access to the portal, including chapters and revisions added later. Lifetime means the lifetime of the Academy as an offering; if it were ever retired, enrolled students would be given the complete materials to download and keep. The certificate of completion recognises completion of this training only — it is not a state licence, a clinical credential or a registration with any professional body.

If you work with clients using this framework, you do so on your own responsibility and under your own laws and insurance. You must not present True Sky Psychology as diagnosis or treatment, and you must not use Andrea AI to diagnose anyone. You are responsible for the consent and the confidentiality of anything you enter about a client.

A subscription renews monthly until you cancel it. Cancel any time from My Profile; access runs to the end of the period already paid for. Past months are not refunded.

Gift codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are redeemed against offerings on this website. Discount codes may be limited by time or number of uses.

Some writing on this website — including parts of a report and Andrea AI — is drafted with AI assistance under Andrea's framework and review. It can be wrong. Treat it as a reflection prompt, never as fact about your health, your safety or another person.

Everything is provided as it is, without guarantee of any particular outcome. By using this website, buying anything, or entering a session, you agree that True Sky Psychology and Andrea Marie are not liable for any therapy, counselling, diagnosis, treatment, medical, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other outcome-related claim.

To the extent the law allows, liability for any claim connected with this website is limited to what you paid for the item concerned. You agree not to sue or make any legal claim against True Sky Psychology or Andrea Marie for anything arising from your use of the services, reports, sessions, or materials.

These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows when. Material changes will not be applied backwards to something you have already bought.
