Everything here is digital and lives in your account. Nothing is posted, nothing is emailed, nothing can be lost.

All Sales Are Final
Every item sold here is digital and delivered instantly or written by hand for you personally. For that reason there are no refunds — on reports, readings, books, courses, sessions, session packs, memberships or gift codes. Please read what an item includes before you buy it; each offering has its own page and FAQ so nothing is a surprise.
That is not the end of it, though. If something is genuinely wrong — a report did not generate, a file will not open, you were charged twice, a reading has not arrived when it should have, or the wrong birth details were used — email me and it will be put right. Regenerated, replaced, or fixed by hand.

Sign in and open My Orders. Everything you have ever bought is listed there with its status — delivered, or in progress — and a link straight to it. Nothing is sent by email, so nothing can be lost in a spam folder.

Andrea pulls your cards by hand and writes the reading. It appears in your account, normally within 48 hours.
Books (PDF / EPUB)
Download appears in your library immediately after payment and stays there.
Sacred Psychology · The Academy (lifetime)
The portal unlocks immediately after payment and never expires.
Andrea AI sessions and session packs
Your session opens as soon as payment clears. Packs sit in your account until used.
Memberships (Blueprint Generator · Practitioner)
Access opens immediately and renews monthly until you cancel it in My Profile. Cancelling stops the next charge; access runs to the end of the period already paid for.
Gifts and gift cards
The code appears immediately, ready to pass on.
Memberships are the one thing you control yourself: cancel any time in My Profile and no further payment is taken.
Something Went Wrong
Write to TrueSkyPsychology@gmail.com and it is answered personally. Duplicate charges and failed deliveries are always corrected.
These terms sit alongside the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, and never remove a right you have under your own consumer law.
